Planning
Carol A. Krawczyk has a broad background in planning and
design: from early neo-traditional developments (Kentlands,
outside of Gaithersburg, Maryland); master plans for Coastal
Gardens (University of Georgia Research and Extension gardens
in Savannah, Georgia) and the gardens of St. Edmond’s
Home for Children in Rosemont, PA.; to the writing of tree
and zoning ordinances and comprehensive plans, she has
helped to shape the development of properties and towns
to encourage healthy community design. Her work in the
public sector also prepares her to act as an effective
liaison between the client and governmental agencies.
