PLANNING SERVICES
Carol A. Krawczyk has a broad background in planning and
design: from early neo-traditional developments (Kentlands,
Maryland); master plans for Coastal Gardens (University of
Georgia Research and Extension gardens in Savannah, Georgia) and
the gardens of St. Edmond’s Home for Children in Rosemont, PA.;
to the writing of tree and zoning ordinances and comprehensive
plans. She has helped to shape the development of properties and
towns to encourage healthy community design. Her work in the
public sector also prepares her to act as an effective liaison
between the client and governmental agencies.
