Research and Writing

Krawczyk’s strong ordinance and writing background provides detailed research based upon municipal, county and/or state and federal ordinances. In addition, she accesses professional journals and databases. This enables her to perform research for clients, preferably as part of a collaborative design team, which leads to more informed design solutions.

Charges for research are on a fee-basis which includes the research time, printing and handling costs for articles involved in the research. Design collaboration fees are negotiated separately.

Krawczyk is also a successful grant writer, helping non-profits and neighborhoods find funding for design and planning projects.
